Fratern has been working in the development sector for 13 years. he is Co-Director of Indepth Consulting Group, which provides management consultancy services in Eastern and Southern Africa. Fratern also serves on the board of SeeWay Tanzania. He lives in Arusha, with frequent local and national travel.
